RETURN POLICY

Orders may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, except for items listed as final sale below. Refunds are not available.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • International orders shipped outside Spain or the EU

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Orders purchased with store credit

If you wish to return an eligible item, please email guadaplaza@gmail.com to initiate the return process. All returns must be authorized. If approved, we will send you instructions and a return authorization form, which must be included in the return package. Items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the authorization.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Returns requested after 10 days from delivery, or shipped more than 3 days after receiving return authorization, will not be accepted.

Please note: store credit does not include original shipping fees, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival.

We ship via standard courier services (e.g. Correos, DHL, or similar), depending on destination.

  • Free shipping on orders over 60 € within Spain, the EU, and for most international destinations (standard shipping).

  • Express shipping available at additional cost upon request.

For international orders, shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT or import taxes, which may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility. Plaza Petersen Store is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs procedures.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES

Some pieces are made to order, while others are ready to ship. Lead times are indicated in each product’s description.

  • Made to order: estimated shipping within 6–8 weeks from purchase.

  • In stock: ships within 1–3 business days.

If your order contains items with different lead times, it will be shipped once all items are ready. If you prefer split shipping, contact us — additional fees may apply.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email guadaplaza@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We reserve the right to approve or deny requests for return, exchange, or repair based on the case.

PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

If you purchased a Plaza Petersen piece through a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and shipping policies. We are not responsible for items purchased outside our official store.
